Geographical Status

Baraut covers a total area of 10.36 sq km which is around 4 sq m. The city is elevated at a height of 231 meters above sea level that is about 758 feet and it has its coordinates at 29° 10' 02 North latitude and 77° 26' 29 East longitude. More than two river canals run through the city.

Climate:

The climate is extreme with summers being too hot and winters being too cold. However, the climatic conditions are quite tolerable allowing people to enjoy their stay in the city.
